The architect is Dave O’Bryan, a residential design expert whose award winning designs stretch from New York to Florida. The entrepreneurship comes from Ken Lingafelt of Southeast Developers of North Carolina and whose credits encompass over 21 years of land acquisition and development. The spice is vintage Mike Minter and reflects his aspirations to give back, build up and restore the community he cares so much about.
